Dr. JS Goyette is an accomplished educational leader with over two decades of international experience in Asia, specializing in founding, designing, and accrediting rigorous academic programmes. He holds a doctorate in Education, an MBA, and the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), complemented by leadership training from Harvard University. His proven track record includes successfully building international departments and their curricula from the ground up, involving the full authorization of IGCSE and A-Level programmes across multiple institutions. In his current role as Head of Language & Learning Support at YK Pao High School in Shanghai—ranked the number one bilingual high school in China by Forbes magazine for two consecutive years—he has continued this work by architecting transformative, whole-school academic support systems. Under his guidance across these schools, students entering with foundational challenges have progressed to independently excelling in A-Level subjects, with many gaining admission to top 100 universities in the UK, US, and Canada.
